Head of Care and Support 100 (m/f/d)

Area of responsibility

- Responsible for the operational and strategic management of the care and support area

- Ensuring the professional and future-oriented development of the area

- Responsible for the assigned budget under quality and safety aspects

- Management and coordination of the team at an organisational level

- Leadership, promotion and coaching of management and specialist staff

- Administration of resident admissions in cooperation with the central office

- Co-design of the overall strategy as part of the management team

Requirements profile

- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or comparable qualification required

- Additional training in management

- Sound understanding of economic contexts and resource management

- Experience in quality or organisational development

- High social competence and ability to motivate employees

- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with resilience and adaptability

- Structured, independent and solution-focused personality
