Independent setup and operation of modern 5-axis milling machines based on production orders and technical 3D data
Creating, adjusting and optimising CNC programmes for efficient and timely production
Ensuring a smooth production process taking into account quality, deadline and productivity requirements
Carrying out maintenance, care and cleaning work on the milling machines to ensure high machine availability
Qualifications:
Completed training in polymechanics, CNC manufacturing or a comparable technical field as well as solid experience in CNC programming
Practical experience in the CAM area and confident knowledge of Heidenhain controls
Experience in machining and handling large-format workpieces as well as safe use of the overhead crane
Strong willingness to learn and motivation to actively further develop existing manufacturing processes
Independent, reliable and responsible working style combined with teamwork and flexibility
High quality awareness and consistent adherence to deadlines and production specifications
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
