We wish to recruit an Insurance Contract Manager FR-ENG 100%

Mission:

• Lead and conduct market analyses, tenders and comparisons of different offers
• Active participation in internal initiatives as well as cross-functional projects aimed at improving service quality, efficiency and commercial performance
• Management of offers
• Assist new clients
• Control invoices issued by insurers

Profile

• Solid training in the field of personal insurance (health), AFA diploma is an asset
• Several years of experience (min 7 years) in the insurance field in Switzerland mandatory
• Good command of MS Office – advanced Excel
• Precise, organised, analytical mind, reliable and autonomous
• Strong customer orientation. Ease in contacts with clients, insurance companies and team colleagues
• Ability to work independently and entrepreneurial spirit
• Language skills: English and French minimum C1 mandatory
