Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of controlling strategies to optimise financial management and planning
Analysis of revenue and cost structures and identification of improvement potentials
Conducting quality and plausibility checks in billing and performance management
Preparation of detailed financial and variance analyses, especially with regard to new remuneration models
Participation in monthly and annual financial statements and support in the further development of internal controlling processes
Optimisation and maintenance of business intelligence solutions for data-driven decision-making
Qualifications:
Advanced business education with a focus on finance, controlling or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on complex billing systems
In-depth knowledge of data analysis, reporting and financial planning
Confident use of MS Excel, experience with ERP and BI systems is desirable
Self-responsibility, strong communication skills and team spirit
