Construction Project Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will process and accompany construction projects in the area of new builds and conversions
• As the on-site construction manager, you are responsible for a smooth construction site process and coordinate craftsmen as well as subcontractors
• In addition, you will take on the approval processing, cost estimates, cost control and construction site billing, supported by the professional team
• Collaboration with clients, authorities, architects and building draftsmen completes your demanding range of tasks

Requirements

• You have training as a bricklayer, carpenter, building draftsman / architectural draughtsman or similar (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have further training as a federally certified construction manager building construction, construction technician or equivalent, or are currently in training (m/f/d)
• If you are an experienced construction craftsman who wishes to develop towards construction management, you are also very welcome
• Are you also independent, well organised, collegial and skilled in negotiation?
