We are looking for a leadership personality with potential, ambition and a hands-on mentality, whom we want to specifically prepare for the next step. Our prospect is that after an intensive induction period, you can develop towards department management of Technical Intralogistics and gradually take on additional responsibility.
At the beginning, you lead your team and, together with your employees, ensure the reliable operation of our state-of-the-art systems in the empty goods and deep-freeze centre. At the same time, you get to know the entire area of responsibility and increasingly take on overarching topics. In doing so, you bring technology and logistics together, set clear priorities and develop not only your team but also structures, processes and collaboration with our internal interfaces further.

Team Leader Technical Intralogistics with Prospect of Department Management
Tasks
- You lead, promote and develop your team.
- You ensure maximum availability of our automated intralogistics systems.
- You plan resources, shifts and on-call duties proactively.
- You ensure that maintenance, repairs and servicing work are carried out efficiently.
- You work closely with logistics and other internal interfaces and are a valued contact person.
- You are responsible for the budget, key figures and investment planning of your area.
- You ensure that safety, quality and hygiene standards are always adhered to.
Requirements
- A technical basic education with suitable further training, for example as a technician HF or maintenance manager.
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.
- Experience in the maintenance of automated systems or complex technical systems.
- Enjoyment in leading people, developing them further and achieving success together.
- Clear communication, decisiveness and assertiveness.
- A structured way of working as well as entrepreneurial thinking.
- Willingness for on-call duty and flexibility in a 24/7 operation.
