Handling procurement processes with national and international business partners.
Analysis and comparison of offers, prices and delivery conditions.
Support of existing suppliers as well as maintenance of business relationships.
Responsibility for the currency of article master data and product prices.
Participation in the expansion and cleaning of the product range.
Preparation of technical product documents and relevant supplier documents.
Support in the market launch of new products and assortment adjustments.
Coordination with internal departments on purchasing and product-related matters.
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship, ideally with additional commercial qualification.
Professional experience in purchasing, product administration or product management is an advantage.
Interest in technical products and willingness to familiarise yourself with the HVAC industry.
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP applications.
Negotiation skills and clear communication in contact with business partners.
Independent, precise and reliable working style.
Very good German skills at native level.
Additional language skills are an advantage.
