How you contribute to health
- Professional and client-oriented support of clients throughout the processing of their inpatient benefit files
- Processing inpatient cases in accordance with current guidelines and processes
- Managing cases involving non-contracted care providers to ensure professional handling
- Reviewing benefit requests, guarantee requests and invoices
- Advising and supporting clients and providers on all questions related to inpatient hospitalisation
- Coordinating information exchanges with clients, hospitals and internal specialist services in inpatient cases
- Supporting regions on administrative and technical issues
- Initiating investigations or requests for additional information when necessary
What sets you apart
- Commercial or medical training with an affinity for another field
- Initial professional experience in the field of health insurance benefits, hospital administration or medical secretariat
- Confident use of common MS Office applications
- Strong service orientation and client focus
- High degree of autonomy, strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French
- Knowledge of German, English or Italian is an advantage
