What is my role?

You take over the construction management and coordination on our building construction sites and ensure that everything runs according to plan

• You lead and motivate your team of skilled workers and helpers on site

• You implement the specifications from the construction plans and ensure compliance with quality standards

• You coordinate the various trades and ensure smooth processes

• You monitor work progress, material consumption and document the construction site

• You are the contact person for architects, site managers and other project participants

• You ensure compliance with all safety regulations and occupational safety

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed training in building construction (e.g. bricklayer, concrete worker) and further training as a foreman or comparable qualification

• You bring several years of professional experience in site management

• You have leadership experience and can motivate and guide your team

• You can read construction plans and understand technical drawings

• You work independently, in a structured manner and keep an overview even in stressful situations

• You are communicative and can coordinate well with all parties involved

• You have a category B driving licence
