Service Technician Building Technology (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 95,000Role:
You ensure that technical building systems operate reliably and without faults? In this versatile role, you look after HVAC systems, carry out maintenance work and ensure the smooth operation of the technical infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the reliable operation of the technical building infrastructure
Carrying out maintenance, servicing and repair work
Managing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
Analysing and sustainably resolving faults
Monitoring and optimising technical systems and processes
Keeping work and material reports
Providing on-call service and supporting internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Completed technical vocational training in building technology or equivalent
Experience in maintenance of technical systems
Good knowledge of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
Experience with Siemens Desigo CC is an advantage
Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
Team spirit and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders
