To complete the team of our commercial restaurant "Gina", offering Italian specialties, we are looking for a:

• Develop authentic, creative and generous Italian cuisine, based on fresh and seasonal products.
• Actively participate in production and ensure the quality, consistency and presentation of dishes.
• Design menus, seasonal suggestions and event offers in line with the restaurant's identity.
• Organise and supervise the work of the brigade to ensure smooth and efficient services.
• Coach, train and support employees by passing on your expertise.
• Manage orders, stocks, inventories, costs and merchandise ratios.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP standards as well as cleanliness of premises, equipment and production areas.

• You have at least five years of experience as a Head Chef, ideally in an Italian restaurant.
• You master the products, recipes and techniques specific to Italian gastronomy.
• Passionate and creative, you combine authenticity, generosity and careful presentation.
• A hands-on manager, you know how to unite, organise and develop your team.
• Responsive and organised, you remain calm and efficient during busy service periods.
• You master the operational and financial management of a kitchen as well as HACCP standards.
• You hold a recognised chef's diploma or equivalent qualification and are proficient in French.
