You lead and develop an interdisciplinary team in the field of data management. In collaboration with the Product Owner, you create the conditions for sustainable success and promote the development of skills, collaboration, and organisation. You actively shape the future of our data management and work closely with division management, Product Management, architecture, and other specialised areas. • As a team leader, you coach and develop employees and create an environment where taking responsibility is encouraged and where professional and personal development succeeds.
• Together with the Product Owner, you ensure optimal alignment of priorities, required skills, and available capacities.
• You sustainably develop skills and capacities, identify skill gaps early, and define appropriate development measures.
• You prospectively plan the team composition as well as resources and capacities, and participate in recruiting and integrating new employees.
• You promote effective collaboration, support continuous improvement, and help the team constructively resolve obstacles and conflicts.
• You actively contribute to the development of data management and the automation of business processes, and support changes within the framework of digital transformation.

What you bring.

• With experience in leading and developing employees, ideally in a data-focused environment, you bring a solid foundation.
• In IT, digitalisation, or transformation fields, you have already held a leadership role or a position of responsibility and reliably lead projects to completion.
• You have a good understanding of data management as well as data-driven and automated business processes.
• You are familiar with agile and product-oriented working methods and have knowledge of the SAFe environment. Ideally, you have experience in the SAP environment, especially SAP MDG and S/4HANA.
• Holder of a university degree (FH/Univ.) in business informatics, Data Science, or a comparable discipline; ideally complemented by leadership training.
• You have professional-level German skills (C1); any other national language is an advantage.
