What is my role?

You are the central interface between our international customer base and the internal departments.

Your tasks include:

• Complete handling of export orders from A to Z

• Competent processing of all customer enquiries from abroad and professional complaint management

• Maintenance and control of master data, price lists as well as creation of invoices and credit notes

• Carrying out origin calculations and customs tariff classifications for various target markets

• Active participation in the development of internal customs processes for export and import

• Exciting collaboration in the implementation of a new ERP system in international sales

• Commitment in various cross-country projects and optimisation initiatives

What do I need to be successful?

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally deepened your knowledge in customs and foreign trade. You already bring several years of experience in international sales administration.

• Confident handling of common office applications and ERP systems is part of your daily routine

• You work independently, like to make decisions and are at the same time a true team player

• Organisational talent and structured working methods characterise you

• You keep an overview even with a high volume of orders and remain solution-oriented
