Your field of activity

• You care for and support patients and their relatives according to the practice model of patient- and family-centred care

• You are responsible for coordinating the nursing care of patients in the interdisciplinary private ward and the musculoskeletal, geriatric, internal medicine and oncological rehabilitation in close interprofessional collaboration
• You accompany and support apprentices and students in everyday life and actively participate in change processes

Your experience

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and ideally already have professional experience
• You are characterised by a committed, reliable and precise way of working, gladly take on responsibility and are an organisational talent
• You treat others with appreciation and empathy and keep a calm head even in hectic situations
