To complement our team at the Küssnacht am Rigi location, we are looking for a Care Administration Employee 80-100% from 01.10.2026.
Your Responsibilities
- Appointment management for external and internal services
- Organisation and coordination of interpreter assignments
- Support and organisation of the Spirit project
- Organisation and coordination of doctor, hospital and specialist appointments
- Obtaining and follow-up of medical reports
- Management and maintenance of documentation
- Support and assistance in care (with relevant experience in the care sector)
Your Profile
- Completed school and vocational training
- Basic knowledge and use of MS Office applications
- Several years of professional experience
- Teamwork skills, high social competence and sense of responsibility
- Calmness in dealing with difficult situations and openness to different cultures
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
- First national language: Written C1, Spoken C1
- Second national language: Written B1, Spoken B1

High work quality and a consistent service and customer-oriented mindset are a matter of course for you.
