HR Business Partner 80-100% (m/f/d)

If you combine strategic HR thinking with operational proximity and accompany managers and employees with competence, foresight, and humanity through the entire HR day-to-day, then read on....

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• Competent advice to employees and managers on diverse HR issues
• Comprehensive support of the defined area of responsibility from entry to exit
• Independent recruitment of specialists and managers in close cooperation with the line
• Clarification of labour law issues as well as support with social insurance questions
• Active support of change, development, and organisational topics
• Participation in HR projects as well as in the further development and optimisation of processes.

For this position, you bring the following profile:

• Commercial basic training with HR further education or a completed degree in Human Resources
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR function.
• Good knowledge of Swiss labour law as well as experience in leadership, team, and organisational development
• Communicative, honest, and service-oriented personality with a networked way of thinking
• Independent, flexible, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
