Certified Nurse HF/DNII and RAI-NH Responsible 80-100%
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for RAI-NH for 44 care beds
- Initiating the MDS observation phase and assessments
- Training on correct documentation and support with assessments
- Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with the mission statement and nursing process
- Planning and accompanying medical visits
- Documentation of care
- Taking on tasks as a key contact person
- Management of the nursing process
- Leading case discussions
Your profile
- Completed training as a Certified Nurse HF/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Professional experience in long-term care desired
- RAI knowledge at Supervisor level or willingness to complete this
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
