Junior HR Business Partner at 50%
In close collaboration with the HR Business Partner, you contribute to supporting managers and employees on various HR topics. You actively participate in managing individual situations, monitoring absenteeism, training, HR projects as well as the development and optimisation of HR tools and processes.
Your tasks
- Support the HR Business Partner in assisting managers on various HR issues and in finding suitable solutions for the situations encountered.
- Ensure the follow-up of long-term absences and coordinate case management procedures with the different stakeholders.
- Participate in various simple HR interviews
- Under the supervision of the HR Business Partner, analyse HR issues, propose solutions and prepare the necessary elements for decision-making.
- Prepare, lead and coordinate internal training sessions for managers and employees.
- Organise and participate in Apprentice Day as well as other HR events.
- Support managers in the use of HR tools and systems.
- Ensure the monitoring and analysis of HR indicators, particularly regarding absenteeism, turnover and reporting.
- Participate in identifying improvement opportunities and contribute to implementing appropriate measures.
- Translate and adapt HR documents, procedures and communications.
- Respond to requests from the HR administrative service located in Bern
Your profile
- Training in Human Resources, HR certificate or equivalent training
- Professional experience in a generalist HR role, HR consulting or support to HR Business Partners.
- Good knowledge of topics related to absenteeism management, occupational health and case management.
- Ease in conducting training and engaging with various interlocutors.
- Initiative, autonomy and solution-oriented mindset.
- Very good writing and communication skills.
- Native French speaker with good knowledge of German
- Availability for regular travel to the company’s different sites.
