Property Manager (m/f/d)

- Management and supervision of a property portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties.
- Tenant support, including contract negotiations, tenant correspondence, and rent collection.
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of maintenance and renovation measures.
- Budget planning and control for the property portfolio.
- Leadership and coordination of external service providers, such as caretakers, cleaning companies, and craftsmen.
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, guidelines, and internal controls.
- Collaboration with other departments, such as finance, legal, and leasing.
Qualifications:
- Completed training in the real estate sector or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in property management.
- Sound knowledge in property administration, tenancy law, and facility management.
- Experience in managing and supervising residential and commercial properties.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and customer orientation.
- Good accounting and legal knowledge (Swiss Code of Obligations, Civil Code, and Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law).
- Fluent German in spoken and written form; knowledge of French is an advantage.
