Your profile: What you ideally bring
We are looking for legal all-rounders and specialists who are seeking to move into a company or plan their next career step:

- Education: Successfully completed Swiss law degree (MLaw / Licence); a Swiss bar admission or an LL.M. is a clear advantage but not mandatory.

- Professional experience: At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a Swiss commercial law firm or already in an in-house legal department.

- Core competencies: Solid foundation in Swiss contract and corporate law; experience in other areas such as M&A, data protection (DSG/GDPR), compliance or IP/IT is advantageous depending on the mandate.

- Working style: Pragmatic, solution-oriented attitude with strong business acumen ("business enabler" rather than naysayer).

- Languages: Negotiation-level German and English skills (C1/C2) are the standard in the Swiss market; French is a valuable bonus.
