With our own Internet network and a data centre based in Lausanne, we are looking for an IT Support Coordinator (80 to 100%) to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities

As an IT Support Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our activity:

• Supervise and coordinate the operations of the technical support team.
• Plan and oversee projects implemented at clients' sites.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Centralise, formalise and ensure the application of methodologies and procedures.
• Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to our clients together with the team.
• Document procedures and technical solutions.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Education in IT (higher education, diploma or equivalent).
• Proven experience in IT technical support.
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Experience in team management and project management.
• Good knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
• Good mastery of networks (TCP/IP, VPN, firewall, etc.).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve various technical problems.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written); knowledge of English and/or German is an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
