Operational Electronics Buyer (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
Responsibility for the operational procurement of electronic components, printed circuit boards, assemblies as well as external services
Ensuring demand-oriented and timely material supply for ongoing production
Obtaining and evaluating offers as well as conducting price and condition negotiations within the defined area of responsibility
Creation, coordination and consistent follow-up of orders and delivery dates
Active participation in obsolescence management and early identification of potential supply risks for electronic components
Monitoring stocks and requirements in close coordination with internal departments
Maintenance and updating of relevant master, article and supplier data in SAP
Clarification of delivery deviations, quality complaints and invoice discrepancies
Close cooperation with production, scheduling, development and quality assurance
Participation in the continuous improvement of procurement processes and collaboration with suppliers

Your Profile
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role within a manufacturing company
Good knowledge of relevant Swiss occupational safety regulations as well as ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards
Analytical, structured and independent working style combined with a solution-oriented mindset
Communicative personality with the ability to convince employees at all hierarchical levels and successfully accompany change processes
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; French skills are an advantage
Technical basic training with further education in quality management, occupational safety or process optimisation
