Permanent Position - Home Care Nurse - Riviera Region (M/F/D)

Our client, a major player in home care, is looking for a Home Care Nurse (M/F/D) to join their dedicated team in Montreux and surrounding areas.

In your role as a home care nurse, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Providing personalised nursing care to patients at their homes to ensure their comfort and well-being.
• Monitoring the health progress of patients and adjusting care accordingly.
• Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient follow-up.
• Educating and advising patients and their families on home care and treatments.
• Managing the administration of prescribed treatments and ensuring their proper application.
