Our client is a regionally well-established and anchored company in Eastern Switzerland in the field of building envelopes. The company stands for high-quality solutions in the areas of plumbing, steep roofs, flat roofs, and solar, and enjoys an excellent reputation among its customers. To strengthen the team, we are looking on behalf of our client for a technically skilled and committed individual as Construction Manager Steep Roof 100% (a).

Tasks

In this role, you will be working together with your team on roofs throughout the entire region. You are responsible for the entire site organisation. You will lead small and large steep roof projects, both in new construction and renovations. Furthermore, you will actively participate and be responsible for the AVOR and material orders.

Requirements

For this versatile role, we are looking for a reliable person with training as a roofer or similar. Further training as a foreman or construction manager is a plus but not mandatory. Additionally, we expect very good German language skills, professional experience, and enjoyment of craftsmanship on the roof.
