For our client, a retirement and nursing home in close proximity to Lake Zurich, we are looking for a certified nursing specialist HF 80%
Your Tasks
- Holistic care and nursing of our residents according to the nursing care concept
- Implementation of treatment nursing measures
- Electronic nursing documentation with BESA/RAI
- Assuming the role of key contact person
- Responsibility for the daily routine in the department
- Planning and accompanying medical visits
- Management and evaluation of the nursing process
- Leading case discussions
- Guidance and support of trainees
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF / DN II or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Experience with nursing documentation BESA and/or RAI
- Professional experience in long-term care or geriatrics is an advantage
- Warm, humorous and appreciative personality
- Enjoyment of varied and responsible tasks
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Physical and mental resilience
