Technical Buyer Construction 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You manage procurement for construction projects and operational needs.
Offers are examined and compared based on technical and economic criteria.
When procuring, you take budget specifications and project requirements into account.
You check contract contents and technical specifications before awarding.
You prepare decision documents in a structured manner for internal departments.
You specifically develop the existing supplier network.
You procure rental equipment and external services as required.
You ensure clear agreements through consistent contract design.
Qualifications:
You have a technical or commercial education at HF or FH level.
Further training in procurement, construction, or supply chain complements your profile.
You ideally bring several years of professional experience in procurement from the construction industry.
You have knowledge of contract law, construction processes, and relevant standards.
You conduct negotiations confidently and represent your position consistently.
You are characterised by a structured and independent way of working.
Cost awareness and entrepreneurial thinking are part of your working style.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written, are required.
