For our client, an internationally active industrial company in the Graubünden area, we are seeking a quality-conscious and analytically strong individual as:
Quality Assurance Manager (m/f, 80-100%)
Ensure quality. Optimise processes. Further develop standards.
Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among others:
- Review and processing of customer enquiries regarding technical feasibility and material requirements
- Creation, maintenance and further development of specifications as well as quality-relevant documentation
- Planning and optimisation of quality standards, inspection concepts and quality pre-planning
- Analysis of quality indicators and production data to derive improvement measures
- Handling complaints including root cause analyses and sustainable corrective actions
- Responsibility for specification management as well as technical customer consulting
- Training and support of internal departments on quality-related issues
- Moderation and support of improvement and optimisation projects
- Conducting statistical evaluations and active participation in process improvements
For this position, you bring the following profile:
- Technical basic training in an industrial environment
- Further training in quality assurance or quality management is an advantage
- Experience with quality methods, problem-solving processes and quality tools
- Confident handling of statistical analyses and evaluation methods
- Interest in continuous improvement processes as well as lean management approaches
- Experience in leading or moderating projects and workshops is an advantage
- Analytical, structured and independent working style
- High quality awareness as well as strong sense of responsibility
- Very good German skills and good English skills
