Abacus Consultant - Financial Applications ? (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you competently support customers in using the Abacus software and ensure that their concerns are resolved quickly and reliably. You analyse support requests, identify sources of errors, and guide users step by step to a suitable solution. You can perform your work entirely from home, with no obligation to be on-site. Since no travel to customers is required, you can fully focus on professional support and efficient assistance.
Responsibilities:
You advise customers on the implementation and support of Abacus financial applications such as Fibu, Debi, Kredi and E-Banking
When introducing DeepCloud products and AbaClik AI, you contribute your expertise and support customers in optimal usage
Depending on your interest, you additionally take on exciting modules such as payroll accounting or time tracking
With your know-how, you conduct training sessions, take on follow-up support and assistance, and create practical videos about the Abacus software
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience with financial applications and possess a strong flair for information technologies as well as very good technical understanding
Willingness to learn characterises you and you enjoy discovering new solutions and implementing them with customers
Your consulting talent, interconnected thinking, as well as a structured and precise working style help you to support customers sustainably
Fluent written and spoken German completes your profile
