CNC Programmer for Short Turning (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Programming and setting up CNC lathes (Okuma, Index, Miyano, Tsugami, Doosan)
• Planning, controlling and monitoring the production parts
• Creating the tool list and programme flow plans
• Responsible for new parts production from machining strategy to series production
• Measuring/testing with the latest optical and tactile measuring devices
• Monitoring and optimising manufacturing processes

Your Profile

• Completed basic training as a polymechanic or similar
• Good knowledge of machine types Okuma, Index, Miyano, Tsugami or Doosan
• Programming skills in new parts production as well as optimisation of CNC programmes
• Good control knowledge (types: Fanuc, Okuma-OSP, Siemens, Mitsubishi)
• Professional experience in measuring and testing technology
• Good German language skills
