On behalf of one of our clients, a recognised player in the automotive sector in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced After-Sales Manager to lead and develop all after-sales activities at the site.



Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop all activities of the After-Sales department.
  • Supervise, unite and support the workshop and after-sales reception teams.
  • Define the service objectives and monitor them through relevant performance indicators.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and manage complaints.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and optimisation of services.
  • Control the quality of interventions carried out and guarantee an impeccable customer experience.


    • Profile

  • Federal VET Diploma in the automotive field (Automotive Mechatronics Technician or equivalent training).
  • Additional management training is a real asset.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar role within an automotive after-sales service.
  • Successful experience in managing and supervising teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of after-sales processes and good understanding of the automotive sector.
  • Strong customer orientation and sense of service.
  • Comfortable analysing performance indicators and managing a profit centre.
  • Leadership, organisational skills, decisiveness and ability to unite teams.
