Job Description
We are looking for a specialised case manager for the STRADA Cantonal Public Prosecutor's Office.
In this role, you will ensure the secretariat and the operation of the prosecutor's registry.
In addition to the activities below, you will maintain statistics and provide information, if necessary, to the various parties involved in the cases.
Furthermore, you may be required to take minutes of hearings.
The Public Prosecutor's Office is the criminal prosecution authority for the entire Vaud territory. It therefore directs the preliminary criminal procedure and investigations into offences brought to its attention, when they concern adults. It also represents the prosecution before courts and various judicial bodies.
The Public Prosecutor's Office consists of the Central Public Prosecutor's Office, the 4 district offices, and the STRADA Cantonal Public Prosecutor's Office.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the secretariat and operation of the prosecutor's registry
- Manage judicial files handled by the prosecutor
- Provide information to litigants and partners in the criminal justice chain
- Assist the prosecutor or the court clerk during hearings

Qualifications
- Federal certificate of commercial employee or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in the judicial field preferred
- Excellent command of spelling
- Rigour, adaptability and ease of teamwork
- Flexibility, stress resistance and discretion
- Respect for standards and procedures
- Sense of organisation and public service
- Clean criminal record and free from prosecutions or bankruptcy proceedings
Engaging in a secondary activity in the same field is considered a conflict of interest and is therefore incompatible with the position.
