Electrical Engineer (m/f/d)
Our client is an established company in the field of technical solutions for buildings, infrastructure, and energy. The company offers comprehensive services and systems for various technical requirements and supports projects from planning to implementation and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
Electrical maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems (HVAC): fault diagnosis, repair, and optimisation.
Leading the fault service: prioritising, scheduling, and professionally resolving issues - 24/7 on-call duty in team rotation.
Maintenance planning: developing and maintaining maintenance, testing, and inspection plans according to SIA/EN standards.
Energy and efficiency checks: analysing operational data, implementing efficiency and retrofit measures.
Coordination of external partners: tendering, awarding, and monitoring subcontractor services.
Digital reporting: documenting all work in CAFM systems, preparing budget and status reports.
Occupational safety & compliance: ensuring compliance with NIV, ESTI guidelines, and SUVA requirements.
Leadership & development of a service team (5-10 employees): deployment planning, coaching, performance evaluation.
Qualifications:
Completed training as an automation technician, certified electrician EFZ or similar; further training as a technician HF/TS is an advantage.
Several years of experience in personnel management as well as in HVAC service and facility management.
Sound knowledge of high and low voltage, MSRL and building management systems.
Confident handling of CAFM/BMS software and MS Office.
Driving licence category B and good German language skills, both spoken and written.
