What you can achieve
- Processing of administrative and supervisory complaints in proceedings before the government council (especially in construction, planning and environmental law, social and education law as well as migration law)
- Drafting consultations for the government council or representing it in appeal proceedings before the cantonal administrative court and the federal court
- Expanding and deepening expertise in specific areas of public law with numerous cross-references to other legal fields
What distinguishes you
- Licentiate or master’s degree in law, preferably with a lawyer’s licence
- Professional experience in public administration or administrative law practice is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner on demanding topics
- Fluency in oral and written expression, excellent editorial skills
- Good IT skills
- Social competence and teamwork, flexibility and resilience
