Multiskilled Mechanic – CNC and Conventional Turner (M/F)

Main Tasks

• Carry out turning operations on CNC and conventional machines.

• Program directly at the control panel.

• Perform machine adjustments and start-up independently.

• Mount, measure and adjust cutting tools.

• Read and interpret technical drawings.

• Work on CNC lathes equipped with Fanuc controls (CMZ).

• Use conventional lathes, including Weiler, Masturn, Cazeneuve and Boehringer.

• Inspect machined parts and ensure self-inspection before dispatch.

• Produce single parts and small series, as well as repair and rework tasks.

Profile Sought

• Training as a multiskilled mechanic or equivalent training.

• Proven experience in CNC turning.

• Good command of programming directly at the control panel.

• Autonomy in machine adjustments and start-up.

• Very good knowledge of conventional turning.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Autonomous, rigorous and versatile person.

• Possession of own measuring instruments is an advantage.
