Senior Consultant Workplace Transformation (m/f/d)
Role:
You are familiar with the Microsoft 365 world from practical experience and want to apply your knowledge not only technically but also consultatively? In this role, you take responsibility for your own topics, customer projects, and the further development of digital solutions. You are not just a consultant to customers but act as a project partner and coach at the specialist and decision-making level.
Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365: You design and implement sophisticated collaboration and intranet solutions based on Microsoft 365.
Consulting: You advise customers at the specialist and decision-making level and act as a competent sparring partner.
Workshops: You plan and moderate workshops with users, specialists, and decision-makers.
Project responsibility: You accompany projects holistically – from the offer through requirements and conception to implementation and introduction.
Transformation: You support customers in transformation projects as well as in the development of modern communication and collaboration solutions.
Change: You accompany not only the introduction of new technologies but also the associated changes in organisation and working methods.
Team: You share your knowledge, support colleagues professionally, and contribute your experience to the further development of the team.
Offer: You actively contribute to the further development of the consulting and solution offering.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience with Microsoft 365 in consulting and implementation.
You are very familiar with SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Viva.
You have a deep understanding of modern work, governance, adoption, and information architecture.
You present confidently to customers and can communicate convincingly at the specialist and decision-making level.
You have experience leading agile projects and can take responsibility for complex undertakings.
You bring solid experience in consulting, change management, and transformation.
You can confidently moderate workshops and constructively bring together different interests.
You enjoy working with others and take pleasure in sharing your expertise within the team.
You have very good German skills and good English skills.
