Controller (m/f/d)
Role:
The company is a specialised service provider in the field of insurance management, claims management, and innovative services for companies, organisations, and insured persons. With high expertise, many years of experience, and a strong customer orientation, it supports its clients in the efficient handling of complex insurance and benefit processes as well as in the optimisation of administrative procedures.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you support management with meaningful analyses and decision-making bases.
You evaluate key figures, conduct actual vs. target analyses, and present the results clearly and purposefully.
For various business areas, you prepare profitability calculations as well as cost centre and cost unit accounting.
You actively contribute your controlling expertise in budget and forecast preparation as well as in reporting.
Qualifications:
A business degree with a focus on controlling forms the professional basis for this position.
You have already gained initial solid practical experience in controlling.
You analyse complex business matters confidently and derive appropriate recommendations for action.
You have confident German language skills.
