HR Business Partner (m/f/x) 50%
Your responsibilities
- As an HR partner, you proactively support and advise line managers on all human resources matters
- You support employees and line managers in the sectors assigned to you throughout the HR lifecycle, from recruitment to departure, in close collaboration with HR administration
- You implement and optimise existing HR processes and actively participate in HR projects aimed at evolving HR practices and services
Your skills
- HR certificate or university degree (business management, psychology, etc.) with several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Motivation to work with diverse interlocutors in a bilingual environment (French/German)
- High degree of autonomy in work and interdisciplinary approach, initiative and willingness to innovate, as well as a strong service orientation
- Native French or German speaker with very good knowledge of the other language
- Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
