To complement the care & support department, we are looking for a

Care and Support Assistant (ASA)

The duties of the position:

• Ensure the well-being of the resident
• Ensure the management of ADLs
• Perform tasks delegated by nurses
• Support residents in daily life activities
• Provide individual or small group support to residents

Essential requirements for the position:

• AFP Care and Support Assistant (ASA)
• Good command of spoken and written French
• Comfortable with IT tools
• Sense of collaboration with interprofessional teams
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to residents’ needs
• Good listening skills, patience and empathy. Respect for others, discretion
• Autonomy
