Customer Advisor (m/f) 100%

Your area of activity and responsibility:

• Advising and supporting existing and new clients (via B2B and B2C channels)
• Handling written and telephone client requests in the area of vested benefits and pillar 3a
• Internal coordination and collaboration related to client mandates and requests
• Focus on securities solutions
• Processing and sending contractual documents
• Support within internal and external training and education programmes
• Collaboration on projects

Your profile:

• Practical experience as an advisor in a similar position
• Experience in the pension, finance or a comparable service sector
• Affinity with customer service topics, digitisation and web-based applications
• Structured and solution-oriented working method with a high quality standard
• Balanced team player with a service orientation
• Native French speaker or bilingual at C2 level with good knowledge of German and English
