Introduction

La Régie de la Broye SA, a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the field of property management in the Broye Vaudoise and Fribourg region, is looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join its team. Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of properties
• Conducting entry and exit inspections, and ensuring follow-up,
• Maintaining contact with owners regarding technical and administrative matters
• Being the main contact for caretakers, defining their specifications, ensuring the follow-up of services,
• Managing tenant relations and handling written complaints,
• Issuing work orders, monitoring their execution and ensuring corresponding re-invoicing,
• Carrying out and/or supervising routine maintenance work and managing its financial follow-up,
• Handling claims,
• Implementing and monitoring maintenance and service contracts,
• Coordinating renovation or fitting-out works of properties
• Ensuring buildings comply with evolving standards and current legislation,
• Assuming administrative tasks related to lease agreements and processing terminations,
• Drafting various correspondence and administrative tasks related to the position,

Qualifications

• Proven experience of several years in property management in Switzerland.
• Good knowledge of tenancy law
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office, Pespsimmo and Quorum)
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written); knowledge of German or English is an asset.
• Valid driving licence in Switzerland.
• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) or a commercial Maturity Certificate or a training in building technology and have completed additional training in real estate (Immobase / Immotechnique),
• You master the monitoring of works, claims as well as the administrative aspects related to the role
• A property manager’s certificate would be a plus
