As a middle manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of two teams supporting adults with intellectual disabilities, sometimes with associated disorders, who have a good level of autonomy.
You will oversee the leadership, coordination and monitoring of the educational team and ensure the organisation and smooth daily running of the units (file management, scheduling of hours and activities, meetings, ...).
