To complete the PICASSO educational team, a living space for 6 residents with intellectual disabilities and associated disorders, we are looking for a Qualified Social Educator (M/F) at an 80% activity rate.
Mission
You contribute to the well-being of the residents, ensuring them the greatest possible autonomy in their journey and a living environment that meets their needs and desires. You guarantee daily educational support. You aim to increase and maintain their skills and support them in their social and institutional integration. This mission is carried out in a multidisciplinary team and in active collaboration with the social network.
Responsibilities
Design and implement individual and collective socio-educational support
Provide assistance to residents with basic care and daily living activities
Develop educational strategies adapted to the different needs of residents (psycho-behavioural disorders, pervasive personality disorders and associated physical disorders)
Work in an interdisciplinary manner to address complex and heterogeneous issues
Encourage the integration of the resident's family and close ones in the development and monitoring of their individual project. Actively collaborate with internal and external networks
Carry out administrative tasks related to residents and the educational team
Desired Profile
Diploma in social education CFC, ES or HES
Significant experience in supporting people with psycho-behavioural disorders of various origins and associated disorders
Interest in developing communication tools adapted to residents suffering from language disorders, for individualised support and regular coordination of group activities
Ease in teamwork and communication, sharing tasks
Work Environment

Permanent contract.
Irregular hours, weekend work according to rota.
