In this exciting interface role between production and toolmaking, you combine hands-on work with injection moulding tools with analytical and coordinative tasks. You analyse and optimise injection moulding tools, drive improvements forward, and coordinate projects with various stakeholders.

Your main tasks

• Analysis and optimisation of injection moulding tools
• Initiation and implementation of improvement measures on injection moulding tools in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Conducting data analyses as well as maintaining and evaluating statistics
• Planning, execution and documentation of projects
• Responsibility for project communication and stakeholder management
• Ensuring efficient decision-making and comprehensible documentation

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic specialising in injection moulding/punching tools, toolmaker or punching toolmaker
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role in the injection moulding field, project management experience is an advantage
• SAP knowledge as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Independent, proactive and quality-conscious working style
• Very good German (C1) and good English skills (B2) in spoken and written form
• Willingness to travel to our worldwide production sites
