About the job

solicare is a home care organisation specialising in care provided by close relatives. The non-profit organisation was founded in 2020 and now offers its support in 19 cantons. We accompany close caregivers, remunerate them for the basic care they provide at home, and train them through our QualiMio course. This is the first certified and free training course aimed at close relatives who provide care.

Your tasks

• you analyse care requests in a comprehensive and relevant manner
• you assess the situation using the interRAI-HC tool and establish comprehensive care plans for each care situation
• you ensure the quality of services and the formative supervision of close caregivers
• you participate in the continuous improvement process and the development of the French-speaking region
• you work with colleagues from several offices
• you maintain constructive relationships with our various partners and contribute to establishing new professional contacts

Your skills

• ES/HES nursing diploma
• fluency in French and good knowledge of German (both spoken and written)
• professional experience in home care in Switzerland
• knowledge of the interRAI-HC tool
• a strong sense of responsibility and a high standard of quality in your work
• ability to work independently
• flexibility, stress resistance

Workplace: home visits to close caregivers (primarily in the Vaud region), remote work, online and occasional in-person meetings in Bern or elsewhere in Switzerland (about 1-3 times per month). No office yet in French-speaking Switzerland.

Other requirements:

• residence in Switzerland
• category B driving licence essential

Work rate: 50-60% at hiring. The rate can be renegotiated upwards in the medium term.
