ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, as an ICT system and support specialist, you take responsibility for the smooth operation of ICT systems and ensure that disruptions are efficiently analysed and resolved. You ensure that user requests are handled professionally and support them with technical challenges in day-to-day business. You also take care of monitoring, maintenance, and optimisation of the existing system landscape. With your expertise, you contribute to ensuring the stability and availability of the ICT infrastructure. You always keep an overview of technical developments and apply your know-how specifically to system improvements.
Responsibilities:
- You ensure the smooth operation, support, and further development of applications, especially SaaS solutions
- In this role, you provide 1st and 2nd level support for around 40 users
- As an ICT system and support specialist, you configure and maintain IT workstations regarding hardware and software
- You create clear documentation and conduct training sessions for users
- In this role, you continuously work on digitalisation within a project group of business and ICT
- As an ICT system and support specialist, you contribute to projects from conception and evaluation to realisation
Qualifications:
- Ideally, you have a basic education in computer science such as a certified IT specialist (EFZ)
- You have an interest in a broad range of tasks
- You are characterised by a strong service and customer orientation
- You work independently and like to take on personal responsibility
- You bring solid networking knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows
- You have knowledge of Microsoft O365, PowerShell, Entra-ID, Intune, SharePoint, MS Defender, and Power Automate
