Team Leader Packaging Cleanroom

Do you enjoy leading a team, taking responsibility, and actively shaping processes? As a Team Leader Packaging Cleanroom, you ensure a smooth production process together with your team while maintaining the highest quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

What you achieve

• You take on the professional leadership of 20-25 employees in the cleanroom
• You supervise, promote, and develop your employees
• You plan personnel deployment and ensure optimal staffing in daily business
• You consistently implement the high hygiene standards in the cleanroom and ensure their compliance
• You ensure the timely and quantity-appropriate delivery of products
• You ensure the consistent observance of applicable operational and safety regulations
• You support shopfloor management and continuously develop existing processes
• You are responsible for setting up and adjusting the packaging machines and systems, including control

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Field: in the food sector
• Professional experience: several years of leadership experience in the food industry
• You have experience in the professional leadership of employees
• You are characterised by a high awareness of quality and hygiene
• You are willing to work in a two-shift system
• You convince through flexibility, team spirit, and resilience
• You work independently, responsibly, and solution-oriented
• German (B1)
