CNC Polymechanic

Tasks:

• Independent setup and operation of CNC milling centres (3-, 4- and/or 5-axis)
• Programming, optimising and adjusting CNC programmes (Heidenhain)
• Precise manufacturing of aluminium components according to drawings and specifications
• Tool assembly and adjustment according to work documents
• Quality control and ensuring manufacturing and inspection regulations
• Performing ERP bookings and documentation
• Machine maintenance as well as order and cleanliness at the workplace

Requirements:

• Completed training as a polymechanic or production mechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Solid experience in CNC milling
• Confident reading of technical drawings
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Precise, independent and reliable working method
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Team player, flexibility and sense of responsibility
