your tasks

• Independent setup of machines (Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls)
• Monitoring and continuous optimisation of production
• Conducting precise quality controls and adhering to guidelines
• Programming new parts as a valuable additional task
• Assisting in a rotating shift model for production monitoring
  

your skills

• Training as a polymechanic or production mechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or equivalent
• Knowledge in manufacturing, ideally short turning with counter spindle
• Proficient handling of ISO programming
• Strong awareness of quality, order, and cleanliness
• Team spirit and interest in a long-term permanent position
