Support Engineer Microsoft (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You take over the 1st and 2nd level support via email, telephone, remote access, or directly on site
You systematically analyse faults and initiate the escalation procedure if necessary
You assess security-relevant incidents and check their impact on IT systems and software
In ticket processing and triage, you document thoroughly and hand over specifically to internal specialist departments
In technically complex customer projects, you actively contribute your experience
Qualifications:
IT specialist with EFZ training with business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
Solid experience in IT support for external stakeholders, including in sensitive medical environments
Analytical thinking with a clear focus on sustainable solutions
Tech stack: Microsoft 365, Citrix, Sophos, Altaro, Nutanix, HP, IGEL, 3CX
