Have you been drawing neatly for years, thinking along, yet regularly getting annoyed by plans that come from above and don’t add up at the back? Then read on.

Our client is an established planning company in the Lenzburg area. Challenging conversions, renovations and new builds for office, commercial and industrial sectors. Small firm, short distances, long-standing clients. Due to the volume of orders, the planning team is being expanded.

What you will do

You will work directly with project management, site management and architect and accompany projects through all phases according to SIA 102.

• Plans at all planning stages, from preliminary study to revision
• Execution and detail plans
• Building applications and authority documents
• Plan and document management
• Project and coordination meetings

You will receive complete projects, not just plan excerpts. Those who think along will be asked.

What you bring

Draftsperson EFZ specialising in architecture, experience in conversion and renovation. Drawing is done with ArchiCAD. If you currently work with Revit or Vectorworks, this is not a disqualifier - training is planned. More important is that you can read existing structures and know that in a conversion, rarely anything is at right angles.
